At Design and Transformation we have been thinking about how to design a Transformation Management Office capability to help individuals and organizations design, and deliver large or small transformations.
In early 2020 with the appearance of COVID-19, we like just about everyone else realized a new world was upon us. For the period of COVID-19 and beyond remote work may become the future of work. For this reason, we felt it was best to fully integrate a remote working strategy into our Transformation Management Office service offering.
